NB: Please note that this fee structure will supersede any fee structure** or discount / installment plans issued or approved earlier. Parents have read, understood, and accepted all terms and conditions when enrolling with Al Diyafah High School, Dubai.

Terms and Conditions: (as per KHDA guidelines and School Policy)

  • All the Term Fees are paid in advance and must be paid on or before the due dates mentioned in the table above, failing which the school reserves right to hold the report card, and after 3 warning the student might face temporary suspension.
  • The Term 1 fee, if not paid before the start of Academic year (latest by 15th August 2024), the student will not be allowed to attend the class.
  • The fees listed in above table exclude Fees for – Books, School ID Card, Medical, Educational Local trips, Club activities, Class photo, Acer IBT, Graduation ceremony, Graduation kit, KG Graduation, National Agenda Parameter Tests, Psychometric Assessment, STEM Programme, Skill Development Programme. All these programs are in line with the School’s Vision and Curriculum & are payable in Term 1 fees.
  • The listed above does not include fees for - Competitions, Costumes for School events, DofE Awards participation, Enrichment activities, SEN Support, Learning Support Assistants, Sports camps, Summer or Winter Camp, World Scholar’s Cup, Educational Overseas trips. The fees are charged separately only if the student is willing to participate in any of these activities as and when the school announces the activity.

  • As per the KHDA guidelines the school must do Mandatory International Assessment such as CAT4, GL- Progress Test, ACER -IBT – Arabic for certain year groups.

  • The fees for above mentioned exams will be charged to the year groups it is applicable, this fee is payable along with the First Term Fee payment.

Board Examination:

  • Every year Board Examination fee will be charged to the students in Year 11, 12 & 13 who appear for the selected Boards of the exams.
  • These fees will be on the cost recovery basis and need to be paid in the month of January, the school will raise invoice for each student which will be available on the parent portal for easy access and payment.

Medical Fees

  • This is an annual fee and includes basic medical services provided to students like vaccinations, emergency medical care etc. These fees may also cover the cost of any medications or medical supplies provided to students. Additionally, it includes the student protection plan which is an insurance or coverage that helps safeguard students against unforeseen circumstances. This may include coverage for accidents, injuries, or illnesses that may occur while students are on campus or participating in school-sanctioned activities.

School ID card:

  • A student ID card is used by students to prove their identity at school. Student ID cards are linked to student attendance both on transport and physical attendance in school. As part of the health and safety requirement of Al Diyafah High School, the School ID card is mandatory.

Notebook, Online resources:

  • This is a requirement in line with the National Curriculum.

STEM Programme (applies to Years 4-8 only)

  • STEM education in schools helps students develop critical thinking, problem-solving, creativity, and analytical skills, which are essential for success in a wide range of careers, from computer programming to biomedical research to environmental science. It equips students with the necessary skills and knowledge to thrive in the 21st century and contribute to the advancement of society.
  • The cost for this Programme covers the charge of the kits that students will be using.

Club activities (applies to Years 1-10)

  • The club activities are personal enrichment activities for students in Years 1-10. This is a part of the school timetable and is delivered within the school's regular teaching hours by our staff. The students are engaged in a plethora of activities like the MUN, Coding, Art, Craft, Esports etc.

Enrichment Programme (applies to Years 1-10)

  • The enrichment activities are also personal enrichment activities for students in Years 1-10 and are a part of the school timetable provided within the regular teaching hours. Unlike the club activities, these are specialised activities like Ballet, Lego, Abacus and Dance delivered by outsourced people.
  • In both the cases of club activities and Enrichment programs, the students will have the option of choosing the activity they like.

CGI- Career Guidance Interface (applies to Year 11 students only)

  • The students are engaged in sessions from experts in different fields. Students are provided with guidance and counselling on career-related matters.

DIVE- Diyafah Individualised Vocational Education (Skill development Programme) (applies to Year 12 and 13 students only)

Science and ICT Lab Fee:

  • This fee is charged only for the students who select IT, Computer science, Physics, Biology or Chemistry as IGCSE, AS Level or A Level board exam subject. Aed 50/- per science per annum applicable from year 10 to year 13

Re-Registration (Existing Students):

  • Every year a re-registration Fee of approximately 5% of the school fee is charged in the month of March from students who want to continue into the next Academic Year. Re-Registration is compulsory to guarantee a place.
  • The re-registration Fee paid is adjustable against the First Term Fees but is not refundable in case the enrolment is withdrawn. The last date for payment of the Re-Registration Fees will be communicated to all parents.

New Admission:

  • Admission and registration Fee of Aed.1,000/- is payable upon confirmation of an admission. This is one-time fee and is not adjustable or refundable in case enrollment is withdrawn.
  • A registration fee of 10% is payable along with the admission and registration fee mentioned above. This fee is adjusted against the First Term Fees but not refundable in case the enrollment is withdrawn.

Refund Policy:

  • In case of any withdrawal of admission, refunds are calculated based on KHDA guidelines.

Non-Payment of Fees:

When fees are not paid in any mode of learning, the school reserves the right to:

  • Suspend students from learning for a maximum of 3 days per semester, excluding exam days.
  • Not re-enrol students for the following academic year. This will be documented by the school through the issuance of dated warning letters.
  • Withhold students’ progress reports and to refer the issue to the KHDA.
  • Not issue the Transfer Certificate.

  • Bank to Bank transfer from your bank to ADCB. The bank details are listed on the Parent Portal under Fees & Services tab.
  • Cash deposit @ ADCB ATM.
  • Cheque-CURRENT DATED CHEQUE, into ADCB Bank account, (Cheques are subject to realization; bank charges apply for the cheques dishonoured for any reason) **

  1. After payments are made allow minimum ONE working Day for reconciliation
  2. Save and whitelist School email and ensure your contact details in the ERP are updated.
  3. Regular delay in payment of fee will lead to temporary suspension, withheld Term report & non-re-registration of your child for the next academic year
  4. All Payment options, online via Diyafah portal and Bank ATM uses external service provider and Diyafah Schools cannot predict nor control these services and be responsible for downtimes.

Cheque Return/Replace and Withdrawal Process: (T & C apply)

A minimum of 7 days’ notice period required via email ebilling@diyafahschool.com

Returned Cheque by the Bank:
    • In the event of a Cheque being returned by the bank for ANY REASON, AED 250/- will be charged and the payment will be accepted either by Credit/Debit Card for a returned Cheque. The School will not accept responsibility for any returned Cheques.

Withdrawal of Cheque:
    • In the event that a parent needs to replace the PDC for any reason, the parent must send an email giving a minimum of 7 working days’ notice period to ebilling@diyafahschool.com to hold the Cheque and must replace the Cheque within the required timeline.
    • In the event that a parent needs to withdraw the PDC and pay online via Credit/Debit Card, the parent must send an email giving a minimum of 7 working days’ notice period to ebilling@diyafahschool.com to hold the Cheque. On receipt of payment, the Cheque will be returned to the parent.
